How to copy a matlab software to a pendrive?

Hi,
I've just recently copied matlab R2013a (5.63 GB). I can't copy it to my pendrive(16 GB). It says not enough space. I format my pendrive. But it still doesn't work.
Any suggestion Please??

I downloaded an iso file of matlab software.

it shows 5 gb but the expected file would be of greater size
i have downloaded complete library it took 8 hours for me to copy it into a flash drive

Delete some files off of it, or get a bigger flash drive or use a big external hard drive.
