how do i take snapshot in live processing algorithm like that of optical flow ,when there are two frames.?

when i ran my code i got the follwing error

Error using imaqdevice/getsnapshot winvideo: Image acquisition device is not accessible. Insufficient system resources exist to complete the requested service. Make sure no other objects or applications are accessing the same device.

Error in something data = getsnapshot(vid);
