Force update/refresh/recompile of classes

Hi

I have a project with several classes. Sometimes, when I added or renamed a method, Matlab tells me: "No appropriate method, property, or field targetMap for class Domain." - even though the method is definitely existing. I then have to restart Matlab or leave and reenter the working directory. I guess this fixes the problem because all classes will be re-interpreted upon loading of the working directory

Is there a way to force Matlab to reinterpret/recompile/reload classes manually? Or any other solution for the mentioned problem.
