How to put 3 axes's images into one single mat file

I have CT images in axial, sagittal and coronal directions. I want to view them as a single mat file. Is it possible?

They are not "viewed as" a mat file but you can store them in a mat file. Just get your three images and call save

save(fullMatFileName, 'image1', 'image2', 'image3');
