            hello,
is there a way to enter a state space model on the from:
d/dt(x) = Ax+Bu+Ed
 y  = Cx+DU+Ef
in ehither Simulink ot MATLAB ??

        You can build a Simulink model to implement this state space system from basic Simulink blocks. See attached.
zip file contains the model saved in 13b. Also inserting the picture.
