Is it possible to use the MATLAB Builder JA to run simulations created in Simulink? Unfortunately it costs an additional 500€, thus I need to know its opportunities. Builder JA gives the opportunity to cast MATLAB code in Java Libraries.
Is that also possible with Simulink?

MATLAB Compiler, and consequently, MATLAB Builder JA does not support Simulink. The list of supported functionality with MATLAB Compiler is here.
However, you can use Real-Time Workshop to generate C/C++ shared libraries from your Simulink models and call those from Java.
