Hi guys I want to perform a continuous wavelet transform and find the maximum coefficient. how can i find the wavelet correspond to that coefficient.i want the actual wavelet so i can Subtract it from my original signal

If you want to reconstruct an approximation to your signal without the influence of a particular scale, then use cwtft and icwtft.
The way you seem to be suggesting won't work. The CWT coefficient at any point is affected by more than one wavelet because of the reproducing kernel -- it's not like the critically sampled DWT.
You can use a delta function as an input and see this clearly.
