RMSD for atoms in matlab as function available?

Hello,
i was just wondering if the rmsd (root mean square deviation) is already available as custom function somewhere. Before i start to program it by myself i would prefer to use a error checked version.

i think it easy enough to code and check yourself. For a refresher:
