Marking a particular point in existing plotted waveform

Hi, I need to mark a particular point in plotted waveform like if i have already plotted one sine wave, In that for a particular point x=0.05seconds and y=10, i need to plot. pls help me.

If i take time in x-axis, x=[10 20 30 40 50 60 70 80 90];

and y=[0.001 .05 0.1 .16 .7 .8 .01 .5 .3];

after plotting this, i want to mark a point in y-axis at x=65;

Pls help me.
