We are seeking a seasoned Software Program Manager who can work closely with cross-functional teams and leadership to plan and execute programs and initiatives that enhance our DevOps and SaaS capabilities. This role requires strong program management skills, a deep understanding of software development processes and lifecycle, and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

  • Are you adept at guiding teams on strategic planning as well as day-to-day work management?

Minimum Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree and 10 years of professional work experience (or equivalent experience) is required.

Additional Qualifications

  • Technical degree in Engineering, Math, or Science
  • Experience in program management of strategic initiatives related to DevOps, Cloud, and SaaS capabilities
  • Ability to understand technology; able to participate and contribute to technical conversations
  • Ability to influence others even when you do not have direct authority over them
  • Experience with Agile software development practices
  • Experience with JIRA and Confluence
