Overview

Join us for a focused technical session on how MATLAB and Simulink can support your student aircraft design projects for competitions like AIAA Design/Build/Fly (DBF) and SAE Aero Design.

This webinar will walk through the complete aerospace design workflow—from early concept development to performance assessment—using Model-Based Design principles and simulation tools.

Highlights

  • Introduction to Model-Based Design for Aerospace Workflows
  • Building conceptual aircraft models using MATLAB
  • Performing detailed analysis and optimization of designs
  • Simulating and evaluating flight performance with Simulink
  • Practical insights tailored for student competition teams

Who Should Attend

  • Students participating in the aerospace design competitions including but not limited to, SAE Aero Design, AIAA DBF, and Go Aero
  • Aerospace enthusiasts, professors, researchers, and hobbyists
