Neural Network Simulation on Simulink?

Hi there! I have been faces some hitches while trying to simulate my neural network toolbox on Simulink. My primary objective is to try to generate a neural network model, which can be integrated into an existing bioreactor system, for process control. I have successfully created, trained and simulated the model on the Neural Network toolbox, but haven't been able to figure out how my outputs can be used for developing the actual usable network. From past literature, I have found out that work regarding implementation of NNs for similar systems has been conducted on Simulink. But since the generating functions [G(S)] vary significantly, the same network cannot be used. What I would like to know is whether Simulink is the only hard-and-fast way to solve this NN implementation problem, or can I look at something else? Is it possible to use the neural network created on the toolbox in anyway?
Thanks in advance! Eagerly expecting some help
