Thats weird!
If you just wanna get rid of the jagged edges, there are millions of easier ways you can do it. Unless you have to use ANN and Wavelet, or this is a very simple situation that you put the picture for!

thanks Salaheddin Hosseinzadeh. you are right there is a lot of ways to do this. i already solve it using neural network. But i have to use wavelet neural network to solve this problem. can you guide me out on this problem. i have all the inputs data and the target

So many pulse compression techniques are available using NN, you can use it.
