How to develop a neural network for tuning of a PID Controller using MATLAB ????

I need to develop a neural network to tune the PID controller to obtain an appropriate response for a system (a simple transfer function) using MATLAB. I want to study the differences in the performance of the PID Controller with and without the neural network. Any help would be highly appreciated....
